Gangolihat
Located only 35kms away from, Gangolihat is a renowned religious places of the Kumaon hills. The place is situated at an altitude of 1800 mts above the sea level. Various ancient temples (dedicated to Goddess Kali) are situated @Gangolihat that is the key attraction point of this place. Along with that you can find the popular caves of Patal Bhuvaneshwar which is just 14kms away from Gangolihat.
Narayan Ashram
This is the popular ashram of Chaukori which was established by Narayan Swami in 1936. It is situated 136 kms away from Pithoragarh and 14 kms from Tawaghat.
Pindari Glacier
It is a famous glacier founded in the upper reaches of Kumaon Himalayas and situated in between two mountains namely Nanda Devi and Nanda Kot. Trekking to this glacier is assumed as most fine Treks of the Himalayas.
Patal Bhuvaneshwar
Patal Bhuvaneshwar, a well-known sub-terranean temple of Lord Shiva just 20kms away from Chaukori is the hub of national as well as international tourist. You can find the various rocks with diverse shapes and sizes here which bears a resemblance to several gods and goddesses. You can view the massive crowd of pilgrims here at the time of Shivratri. Reaching to this temple is quite interesting; you’ll have to travel through a tunnel which leads into the cavern via a slim dark route of water.
Dharamghar
Dharamghar is very near to Chaukori; only 9km away. Probably you’ve heard about Sarla Behn (a follower of Gandhi) spent last days of their life @Dharamghar. You can get the superb view of the large Himalayas from the Himdarshan kutir of Sarla Behn.
Bageshwar
The distance between Bageshwar and Chaukori is just 47 kms. It is the holy districts of Uttarakhand that describes the existence of Gods and located at the convergence of rivers Gomti, Saryu and latent Bhagirathi that enhances its beauty as the most striking place of our country. The name of Bageshwar is taken from Bagnath, a renowned temple you can find here.
Kausani

Basically this place is the subdivision and tehsil of Pithoragarh district. Initially the place was under the kingdom of Raika Malla (kings of Siracot) but later on Chand rules has taken this place under his kingdom. Didihat is responsible to offer an outstanding view of Verdant Valley.
Munsiyari
Munsiyari is the most beautiful place which lies at the base of the great Himalayas and at an elevation of 2,200 mts. It is small town and also known as the Tehsil and subdivision of Pithoragarh district. The place is apt for trekking.
